Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items from our Final Sale collection

  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
