Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Return Policy

At Isabellashapewear.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 50% refund on the reshipping cost for product exchanges.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, when making an exchange, we will only charge 50% of the reshipping cost.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 8 business days to return the unused product. All returns are subject to prior quality approval under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with all original tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of any odors, deodorant stains, or cosmetic marks.
  • We kindly suggest not wearing any perfume or deodorant when trying on the garments.
  • For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear underwear and a protective liner when trying on the items.

Any returned garment that is worn or soiled will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer. We recommend returning these items with the prepaid return label so we can confirm receipt.

We can approve size exchanges as long as the requested size is available in stock.

We also accept product exchanges for a different reference, provided it is in stock on our website. Any necessary price adjustments will be made at the time of the exchange.
